Foolish Optimism is a group of young people brought together by Front Lounge with the desire to change the conversation around mental health. We want to let other young people know that they are not alone; that their stories are important; and that together, we can make a difference.

For the remainder of 2018, we are touring Scotland to show our film, "Foolish Optimism", and host a series of creative workshops. We want to provide a platform for young people to talk to each other about mental health; share their stories and experiences; and pursue actionable change in our communities.
