Western Isles Workshop
Date: 14 December 2018
Scotland’s geography presents a unique challenge in participating in a nationwide conversation about mental health – many remote and island communities with their own cultures and their own attitudes towards mental health care and treatment. As part of our efforts to make the conversation truly nationwide, we are taking a team to Uist to run a workshop. We expect to be able to learn a lot from the people of Uist, and hope to be able to give them something meaningful in return.
